Our fee structure depends on your scope of work. Often it is one of the below or a combination:
- Hourly fee -- Compensation is based on actual time that we consult on a project or specific service.
- Cost plus -- Furnishings and services (e.g., carpentry, drapery workrooms, picture framing, etc.) are purchased at wholesale and then our cost is marked up a set percentage increase.
- Per square foot -- We calculate fees based on the square footage of the project.
